AutoProfit Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of AutoProfit, provided by Oscar Duran Grillo, Barcelona, Spain. Contact: support@oduran.me. By using the app, you accept these terms.

Service and permitted use

AutoProfit helps organize vehicle purchases and sales, inventory, expenses, reservations, payments, and customer follow-ups. You may use it for lawful personal or business activities. You must have legal capacity to accept these terms and authorization if acting for a business.

You must not use the app for fraud, infringe third-party rights, access accounts or systems without authorization, or interfere with the service. You may not copy, resell, or distribute the app without authorization, except as permitted by law.

Your records and decisions

You retain rights to the data and photos you enter. You are responsible for their accuracy, your right to use them, and your obligations to customers, buyers, and sellers.

AutoProfit records the transactions you enter; it does not move money, broker vehicle deals, or verify that a payment occurred. Margins and results are calculated from your data and may be incomplete. Review figures and any recognized or imported information before using them. The app does not guarantee a profit or replace accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice.

Data and availability

You can use local records without an account. Connected features depend on availability and an existing enabled account. Third-party services are subject to their own terms.

Protect access to your device and keep suitable copies of important information. Deleting the app may erase its local data. Synchronization, where available, does not by itself replace a backup. Contact support before uninstalling to troubleshoot a problem.

Pricing and license

The current release does not offer subscriptions or in-app purchases. If paid features are introduced, their pricing and conditions will be disclosed before purchase; these terms do not authorize future charges.

The app, code, brand, and design belong to their owner or licensors. App Store distribution is also subject to Apple’s applicable terms, including its standard license where applicable: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

Liability and changes

We aim to keep the app working, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by incorrect user-entered data, business decisions, or third-party services beyond our control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be limited or your mandatory consumer rights.

We may update the app and these terms, dating changes and providing notice of material changes where appropriate. Spanish law applies without depriving you of mandatory protections or access to the courts you are entitled to under applicable law.
