CCSE GO Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the CCSE GO app.

CCSE GO is an iPhone app for CCSE exam preparation operated by Oscar Duran Grillo. By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Use.

Service description

CCSE GO is a study tool intended to help users prepare for the CCSE exam through practice content, mock exams, progress tracking, adaptive review, reminders, and related study features.

CCSE GO is an independent app. Unless expressly stated otherwise, it is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Apple or by third parties responsible for the CCSE exam or related official materials.

Eligibility and permitted use

You may use CCSE GO only for personal, non-commercial purposes and in compliance with applicable law.

You agree not to:

• use the app in a fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful way
• copy, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the app except where mandatory law allows it
• interfere with the operation of the app or related system services
• use the app in a way that infringes intellectual property rights or the rights of others
• resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the app without written permission

Purchases, subscriptions, and free trial

CCSE GO may offer in-app purchases through Apple In-App Purchase, including:

• a weekly auto-renewable subscription
• a one-time lifetime or permanent access purchase, if offered

Weekly auto-renewable subscription

If you subscribe to the weekly plan:

• the subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• your Apple account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period
• you can manage or cancel the subscription through your Apple ID account settings or Apple’s subscription management page

3-day free trial

If the published offer includes a 3-day free trial:

• you will not be charged for the subscription during the initial free trial period
• billing will begin when the free trial ends unless you cancel before the trial period ends
• any unused portion of a free trial may be forfeited if you purchase a subscription or related offering where Apple’s rules and applicable law allow that result

Lifetime or permanent purchase

If the app offers a lifetime or permanent purchase:

• it is a one-time purchase
• its exact scope depends on the offer shown in the app and on the App Store at the time of purchase

Billing and refunds

Apple handles billing, charges, and refund requests according to Apple’s own policies. The developer does not directly control billing processed by Apple.

Apple’s standard EULA applies unless a different custom license agreement is published for the app in App Store Connect.

Intellectual property

The app, its design, branding, code, structure, original product copy, and other proprietary CCSE GO materials are owned by Oscar Duran Grillo or used under appropriate authorization or legal basis.

References to the CCSE exam, official source materials, or third-party marks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance in the app does not imply affiliation or endorsement unless expressly stated.

Content accuracy and no guarantee of passing

CCSE GO is a study-support tool. While the goal is to provide useful and up-to-date content and features, the app does not guarantee:

• that content will always be error-free
• that the app will always be available without interruption
• that use of the app will guarantee passing the CCSE exam

Final decisions about the exam, its criteria, and its results belong to the competent institution.

Service availability

The app may be changed, updated, interrupted, or discontinued in whole or in part at any time, with or without notice, to the extent permitted by law.

Pricing, features, content, or access conditions may also change.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Oscar Duran Grillo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential damages, or loss of data, revenue, opportunity, or results arising from use of, or inability to use, CCSE GO.

Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

Suspension or termination

Access to the app or certain features may be limited or suspended if abusive, fraudulent, unlawful, or Terms-violating use is detected, to the extent applicable to the app’s operation and Apple’s distribution systems.

Changes to these terms

These Terms of Use may be updated to reflect legal, technical, commercial, or product changes. The most recent version will be published at:

The English version, when published, will be available at:

Your continued use of the app after an updated version is published means you accept the revised terms, unless applicable law requires a different mechanism.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights that may apply in your place of residence.

Unless applicable law provides otherwise, disputes will be submitted to the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
