What the app is for
USA GO helps users prepare for the U.S. naturalization interview through civics practice questions, mock exams, progress tracking, adaptive review, and study planning features based on the official USCIS 2025 civics test scope.
Data processed on your device
In its current version, USA GO is designed to work mainly on-device. The app may store locally:
- study progress and readiness indicators
- answers, scores, and mistake history
- selected language and app preferences
- reminder preferences and notification settings
- purchase status needed to unlock premium features
Accounts and backend services
USA GO does not currently require account creation and is not intended to rely on a custom developer backend for storing your study data.
If cloud sync, accounts, or remote services are added in a future version, this policy must be updated before those features are released.
In-app purchases
The app may offer subscriptions or other in-app purchases through Apple.
Apple may process payment, billing, or transaction data under Apple's own terms and privacy policies. USA GO does not directly receive your full payment card details.
Notifications and optional permissions
USA GO may request permission to send local notifications, for example to remind you to study.
The app may also rely on limited device capabilities related to product presentation or interface behaviour where needed for the experience.
Analytics and tracking
Based on the current intended operation of the app:
- no custom advertising SDK is intended to be used
- no third-party analytics should collect personal study data without updating this policy first
- no contact list, microphone, or camera access is required for the core study experience
How information is used
Information processed by the app may be used to:
- show your progress and results
- personalize study plans and recommendations
- identify weak areas and repetition needs
- restore premium access on the same Apple account where applicable
- respond if you contact support directly
Data retention
Study data is primarily stored on your device and remains there until you delete the app or clear the data through available product flows, if any.
Support emails or support form submissions may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to answer your request and maintain a support history.
Sharing of information
USA GO is not intended to sell personal data.
Data may be shared only when necessary to:
- process Apple in-app purchases
- comply with legal obligations
- protect the app, users, or operator against fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity
Third-party services
The app may depend on Apple platform services such as:
- App Store and Apple In-App Purchase
- local notifications
- device storage and system frameworks
Use of those services is subject to Apple's own terms and privacy policies.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:
- request information about personal data processing
- request correction or deletion where applicable
