What the app does

USA GO is a study-support app intended to help users prepare for the U.S. naturalization interview and civics test through official-style practice questions, mock exams, study planning, progress tracking, and related study features.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, USA GO is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by USCIS, the U.S. Government, Apple, or the publishers of official citizenship materials.

Eligibility and use

You may use USA GO only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes.

You agree not to:

• misuse the app or attempt to interfere with its normal operation
• reverse engineer or copy proprietary app content beyond what is allowed by law
• use the app for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful conduct

Study content and exam preparation

USA GO is designed around preparation needs related to the official USCIS 2025 civics test scope.

The app is intended to support preparation, but it does not guarantee:

• that you will pass the naturalization interview or civics test
• that every question format or official rule will always remain unchanged
• that the app replaces official government information or legal advice

You should always rely on current official sources for final requirements.

In-app purchases and subscriptions

The app may offer paid features, subscriptions, trials, or premium content through Apple In-App Purchase.

Where purchases are offered:

• payment processing is handled by Apple
• subscription renewal, cancellation, billing, and refunds are governed by Apple's policies
• subscription management is available through your Apple account settings

Intellectual property

The app, its code, design, branding, original copy, structure, and non-official proprietary materials are owned by Oscar Duran Grillo or used under a valid legal basis.

The app may be updated, improved, suspended, or modified for legal, technical, commercial, or product reasons.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, USA GO is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Oscar Duran Grillo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app.
